Rendering Propose & Confirmation
Sketch drawing for Vehicle body design.
To be Designed to suit the intend of the order

CAD 3D Model
Make 3D modeling data by using software.
This modeling includes the Rendering concept and vehicle layout.

Theme Model (1:1 Clay Model)
Make actual model by using clay and add painting.
This model is almost same as actual vehicle.
It will be evaluated by related people.

Exterior Design Propose (Alias)
Measuring the approved Exterior theme model and make surface data
by using software.
This data to be changed 3~4 times during detail design.
(Main reason : Styling & Function improvement, Molding condition…)

Interior Design Propose (Alias)
Measuring the approved Interior theme model and make surface data
by using software.
This data to be changed 3~4 times during detail design.
(Main reason : Styling & Function improvement, Molding condition…)

Confirmation (Ext./Int. Verification Model)
Make actual model by plastic NC machine.
This model to be made by actual detail data so almost 100% same as actual vehicle.
It will be evaluated by related people.

SPEC & Option Confirmation
Make SPEC (Include regulation and special requirement…), Option
and Review & Confirmation.
It is possible to affect to vehicle styling.

Package Layout
Decide the Vehicle dimensions
(Vehicle size and Driver & Passenger’s position…)
by considering various conditions.
