Cuckoo Electronics is a specialized home appliance company that manufactures and sells home appliances, including electric pressure rice cookers and water purifiers. A subsidiary of Cuckoo Holdings, Cuckoo Electronics maintains its competitive edge in both domestic and international markets based on its innovative technology and quality.
We carried out the project by including the core business areas of the logistics site in the customer's value chain and linking 3PL and ERP information.
MES-based construction
- WMS: Sales management, production management, product management, management information
- BARCODE SYSTEM: Parts Identification Table, Transaction Statement, Location Management

- Establishing a wireless network environment (Cuckoo Electronics Mass Production Plant 1/2, Siheung Cuckoo Homesys Plant corresponding points)
- Providing the best solution: Application of C/S-based technology (C# .NET / MS-SQL), MES expert involvement, and establishment of a proven development methodology and solution base.
- Project implementation with enterprise standardization and integration in mind: Establishing standard processes for each task with future system advancements (MES) in mind.
- Minimizing trial and error: Diverse deployment experience, including in manufacturing, and improved work utilizing IoT equipment (zero human error, preemptive prevention of quality defects)
- Collaboration for continuous innovation and development: Collaboration with client TFT (actively gathering customer requirements), PI (business process improvement), change management, technology transfer, and contribution to quality improvement.
