Key Features of the Mold Management System

Mold History Management
Stores manufacturing information for each mold (maker, manufacture date, material, dimensions, etc.) and tracks usage history (which process it was used in, and how many times). Repair cycles are also managed based on the manufacture date and cumulative usage count.
Mold Repair & Maintenance Management
Automatically alerts you to scheduled maintenance and records repair details (when and what was repaired). Part replacement and repair history are managed together.
Mold Usage & Operation Status Monitoring
Checks in real time which production line a mold is being used on, and tallies utilization rate and shot count in real time. Mold changeover and setup schedules are also managed automatically.
Mold Inventory & Location Management
Tracks storage locations across warehouses or factories and distinguishes between molds available for use and those scheduled for disposal. RFID, QR codes, and barcodes are used to improve management accuracy.
Mold Cost Analysis & Asset Management
Analyzes mold manufacturing and maintenance costs, and unit cost against the quantity produced per mold. Return on investment (ROI) for molds is also calculated.
