Pain Famille,
together with Innobase, implemented an MES system to establish a smart manufacturing site capable of consistently producing and supplying fresh bread.
Pain Famille is a popular bakery located in Jumunjin-eup, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, widely known for its "six-clove garlic bread."
The bakery has won the affection of many customers by using a slow-fermented nuruk yeast to enhance flavor and by offering freshly baked bread. Through pop-up stores in Seoul department store food halls and similar initiatives, it has also established itself as a dessert brand drawing growing attention from customers in the greater Seoul area.
