Background & Challenge

Innobase implemented an MES system for manufacturing management at Hanwha Compound's production site.

The project was carried out from a company-wide perspective, covering the core production operations within the customer's value chain and integration with ERP master data.

In place of handwritten daily work logs, production performance data is now collected and entered through barcode labels, on-site terminals, and equipment interfaces — establishing an operating system that tracks and manages on-site operational information in real time and with greater efficiency.
